Flowplant specialise in the design and manufacture of high pressure pumps and systems.
At Flowplant we design and manufacture high pressure jetting and pumping systems up to 3,000 bar working pressure.
Our high pressure pumps and systems have an enviable reputation for technical excellence, reliability and longevity; undeniably qualities which come from more than fifty years of manufacturing experience.
We are the proud owners of the Harben radial piston diaphragm pump and the Aqua triplex plunger pump ranges.
We are members of the Water Jetting Association (WJA) and we hold a number of externally verified quality standards including BS EN ISO 9001:2015. We are a supplier of specialist pumps to Rolls Royce for their military power systems and additionally we are a member of their High Performance supplier group.
A global reach
Our subsidiary Harben Inc, located in Atlanta, Georgia, is one of the USA’s largest manufacturers of high pressure drain cleaning machines.
We are experienced exporters and approximately 70% of our output is sold outside the UK. We have significant markets in Europe and the USA, as well as China, Malaysia, Brazil, Nigeria and Australia with product being shipped to more than 80 countries.

Peter looks after our Scottish customers, taking care of new sales, servicing and parts for all our water jetting units. He is also our resident expert on Neolith building cleaning chemicals. Peter is a Water Jetting Association approved instructor.

Neil has been with Flowplant for nearly 8 years, starting in our assembly department where he built and tested units. Now part of the UK sales team, his deep knowledge of our machines makes him your go-to for any enquiries. He’s also happy to organise live demonstrations of our equipment.

Chris has travelled the world, training operators and commissioning water jetting equipment. He provides technical support and training for our field based service teams. Additionally, Chris is a Water Jetting Association approved instructor.

Steve is our Managing Director with overall responsibility for Flowplants strategic direction. Since joining the company in 2012 Steve originally held the role of Engineering Director so his expertise extends beyond general management into the design of pumps, control systems and logic programming.

Ed heads up our engineering department. As Engineering Director he has responsibility for ensuring our ever increasing range of standard equipment is safe, efficient and meets all current and impending legislation. Working closely with Steve our MD and Barry, our Sales Director, Ed pulls together all of our special projects with his team of project engineers.
Nigel Spear

Nigel works in the Flowplant engineering department. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering with particular experience in trailer design and certification. As well as working on our latest trailer ranges he looks after bespoke projects.
